Capes-n-Babes

September 27th and September 28th (Saturday and Sunday).
Saturday: 10am – 6pm. Sunday: 10am – 5pm.

Capes & Babes was at Artist Alley at table #121.
I had been to Baltimore Comic Con as a fan every year they have held the convention but this was my first time experiencing Baltimore Comic Con as a “pro” or as an artist in “artist alley”. Of course, Heroes Con 2008 was my first con as an artist so it was interesting to experience the difference between being a long time attendee to Baltimore versus being in “artist alley” and comparing the experience to Heroes Con.

Really, except for the fact that Heroes Con was one extra day then Baltimore, the experiences were similar – at least once the crowds actually got in to the Baltimore Convention Center and I started to interact with people walking by my table.

I saw a couple of the same people who I saw in Charlotte, North Carolina and it was especially an exciting time when a few people came up to me and said they were specifically looking for my table. Now THAT was indeed a thrill (and obviously something that didn’t occur at Heroes Con).
