#909 – More Convention Observations…
Last night was the debut of Agents of SHIELD. I didn’t watch it because I was coaching a baseball game and didn’t get home until VERY late last night.
Because of that, this is going to be a VERY short blog post.
I plan on catching Agents of SHIELD either on Hulu, iTunes or Video on Demand. Once I do, I’ll let you all know what I thought of it – either here, on Twitter or on Facebook.
A reminder…
I will be at the Pittsburgh Comic Con this weekend, so if you are anywhere near Monroeville, PA, why don’t you come to the show and say “Hi”?
Nothing like a captive audience. This is exactly why Six Flags won’t allow people to bring their own food or drinks into the park. 😉
Bill, from what I understand, a lot of parks won;t even let people tailgate in the parking lots any more.
It used to be, waaaay back when I was in college, when a group of us would go to Kings Dominion here in Northern Virginia, we’d always pack a cooler and take a lunch break out by our cars. Apparently, Kings Dominion has put a kabosh on that and will have parking lot security people come around and tell people they can’t picnic or eat in and around their cars anymore. I don’t know if that’s true though – only what I have heard… but then again, I also haven’t been to an amusement park in YEARS…
wait- banning picnics IN their cars? How can they ban that?!?!
I’m not sure… that’s what I was told, so take it for what it’s worth. I guess they don’t like people congregating around their own cars in a parking lot…
That’s probably how they justify it. Traditionally, groups of people hanging around a parking lot were up to no good. I mean, those baby strollers can cause some damage when you swing then just right! 😉
