615 – Turn of Events…
Just to prove to you all that Capes & Babes is NOT auto-biographical – or that Marc is based any way on me – I have my tickets for Captain America for tomorrow night (my daughter and I are going). And I plan on PROUDLY wearing my favorite Captain America t-shirt to the theater too! So, if you’re at the AMC Theaters at Potomac Mills here in Northern Virginia at 8:10pm tomorrow night, and you see a guy that vaguely resembles Marc but is wearing a Cap’s t-shirt, that might just be ME!
A couple of special shout-outs in today’s blog:
1) A big shout out to my best friend, Jeff Lacquement, who got me that Captain America t-shirt I’ll be wearing tomorrow night as a birthday present a couple of years ago. Thanks, Jeff!
2) If you have purchased the second collection of Capes & Babes strips (You STILL Can’t Print FLICK), then you might recognize three of the people standing in line commenting about Marc’s lack of patriotism. Can you guess who they are? I don’t have any special prizes but I WILL give all the people who guess correctly a big shout out in the blog.
