So what happens if there was a comic book convention only, instead of the comic book creators coming to the show, the creator’s CREATIONS come instead? That’s the premise behind today’s strip. But, if that’s the case, who are those two characters in the last panel, you say? Well, on the left is Panda Dog – a creation from my good friend, Rob Anderson. Rob has appeared in the Capes & Babes before but this is the first time Panda Dog has ever appeared as a character.

The girl next to Panda Dog is Kim Reaper of the webcomic Life With Death. Kim is a creation of Danielle Soloud’s who I had the pleasure of sitting next to one night while a bunch of Heroes Con attendees and creators all got together and ate wings at a local wings place while in Charlotte. Danielle does some really terrific stuff – not just with Life with Death but also with sketch cards and commissions.
