So… now you all know what at least started Roy’s initial silver poisoning. But… if you think only one small cup of Coors Silver Bullet Beer would be enough to land Roy in a coma and a long hospital stall, you would be sadly mistaken. No, this is only a tip of the ice berg. You’ll have to keep reading.
All I will say is that after eight years, you all should know Roy by now and, if there’s one thing he’s known for, it’s how excessive his personality is. So yeah, there’s way more to come. Brett was just the catalyst.
Also, with that being said, I’m still fighting this lingering sinus infection I got by the end of Awesome Con. Just can’t seem to shake this thing so this will be a very short post. Getting some more medication and trying to continue to sleep this crud off.
You were looking a little peaked there on Sunday. If it doesn’t get better or you get a fever, head to a doctor and get some antibiotics. If it’s a viral infection, nothing much to be done except wait it out, but if it’s bacterial the antibiotics will stop it quick. I had a bad one while I was driving cross-country about 10 years ago, and to this day I have no idea what the roads are like between the middle of Mississippi and Nashville. Horrible stuff came out of my nose along with the 100+ fever. Hope yours isn’t anywhere near that bad.
Yeah, I ended up falling into a bad habit of not taking any kind of break and making sure I got some food in my system on Sunday. All I really had was sugar. Not good.
Really didn’t hit me until I got home from my folks late Sunday night. Guess I was still flying high from the convention. Usually, this is all sinus related but I can normally get rid of it in a day or two. This thing is just lingering. I don’t think it’s anything serious but a heavy anti-biotic might be in order.
