Capes-n-Babes

So, in case you didn’t read the text above the strip and you’re wondering what the heck is going on in Capes & Babes today… here’s the deal:

As the strip has continued to grow, so has the archive. Any webcomic with a large archive can sometimes require a great will to go through and read every single strip in that archive. And, in the last year and a half or so, I’ve picked up a lot of new and enthusiastic readers who have asked me questions about Capes & Babes where the answers could have been found inside the archives.

Added to the fact that December tends to historically see a big dip in page hits and visits – mainly due to the holidays, I would imagine.

As a possible way top cure both problems, I decided it might be fun to revisit some of my first year original strips. This will give me a much needed break for the upcoming Holiday Shopping Season and will allow me some time to try and build up a buffer for the New Year.

So here’s how this little experiment will work:
For the entire month of December, I will be running Capes & Babes strips EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK until the New Year. The strips are untouched, original pieces that ran during my first year of creating Capes & Babes. I haven’t made any changes – they are exactly as they would appear if you find them in my archives and you compare them side-by-side.

You’re going to get a clear look at how Roy, Marc, Joey and Roni have all progressed during the five years I have been creating these strips.

Today marks the beginning of a long story called… “Road Trip”…
