#783 – In Session…
Hopefully, if Gail Simone comes across this strip, she’ll appreciate the humor and won’t get too upset with me.
Today’s strip is greatly inspired by the image going around the ‘net and in the latest Entertainment Weekly of Supes and Wonder Woman getting it on in the sky above us. Just kept wondering what Lois Lane’s reaction might be… and that led to the idea of a counseling session for all the non-powered humans who have had relationships with super powered beings.
And the last panel is greatly inspired by Gail Simone’s now infamous blog post about female characters in comics and how brutally they are treated sometimes.
Oh… and if you’re wondering about the third panel, Lois is referring to THIS movie (well worth the rent – especially if you’re a Gina Gershon fan, like I am).
