Chris has been a busy, busy comic strip creator. Not only did he send our good friend, Dawn Griffin not one but TWO guest strips for Zorphbert & Fred last week, he actually sent me this guest strip a few weeks back when I posted a rough sketch of Roni’s new look here and on Facebook.

The only problem, though, was that Chris drew Roni as her re-designed look. I couldn’t run this strip at all until I had already revealed Roni’s new look myself, so I had to hang on to this one for a bit. As luck would have it though, I had worked all weekend long on completing the cover design for the third Capes & Babes book, THAT’S why you can’t print FLICK and, with the combination of daylight savings kicking my butt (it always takes me a day or so to adjust to the one silly hour), I was just too computer fried to even think about drawing a strip today (Sunday). So I’m running Chris’ strip now.

Chris is also contributing a sketch of Roy for the third Capes & Babes book. I asked all contributors to also send me a small bio of themselves. Here is Chris’:

In 2010, nearing 40, Chris decided to become a cartoonist after being a life long fan of comic strips, first in the paper, then on the web.
